"This place is an absolute nightmare. The room was a health hazard and filthy, toilet was caked in urine and the shower was covered in thick grime. It was clear the room hadn't been properly sanitized in ages. The mattress and pillows were rock-hard, resulting in horrible broken sleep and stiff neck. Things went from bad to worse at checkout. I slipped on a thick patch of unmaintained, UNSALTED ice at the entrance, causing a painful strain to my neck and spine. When I confronted management about the filth and the unsalted ice, they were hostile and dismissive. Expedia support was just as bad, unprofessional, insulting, condescending, and dismissive of legit concerns and safety hazards for guests. I am a loyal traveler and I’ve never been treated with such contempt from both parties. Avoid at all costs."

The room, bedding and towels smell like they are washed in Pinesol - everything has a a really strong chemical odour. Broken knobs on the shower faucet. I would not stay here again - just too rundown and not maintained at a professional level."
