"The hotel was conveniently located just off TransCanada. We stayed one night enroute back to Calgary. Highly recommend to stay here. First and foremost we arrived Monday July 27th and person at the reception desk gets 100 stars!!!!!! She went above and beyond to correct a mistake in the booking not made by hotel but outside provider. We requested and chose from options king pet friendly room. Outside provider booked King regular room. No king pet friendly room available now upon arrival and we got queen pet friendly. Made for unnecessary paperwork and phone calls on my part. Not a pleasant situation after 7 hrs driving. Person at reception was exceptional, professional, understanding, very pleasant and apologetic and it wasn't her fault. I would NOT go through outside provider for anything. Go directly through hotel website or phone them. One hiccup was breakfast next morning my husband went down about 9:15 and most hot food not available."
