Dear guests,

With us you can expect a newly renovated and modernly furnished 1 1/2 room apartment, including its own entrance. It has a separate bathroom and its own kitchen.
There is also a spacious outdoor seating area and 2 car parking spaces directly at the house.

Beautifully located between vineyards, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy your vacation here in peace.

We offer you an approx. 55 m² 1 1/2 room apartment with kitchen and bathroom; freshly renovated and modernly equipped.
In the separate sleeping area there is a large double bed with bedside tables and a wardrobe (with iron) available for you.

Bedding and towels are provided.

The spacious living area is equipped with a large pull-out couch, a coffee table, TV and Blu-ray player as well as various board games; free WiFi is also available. Here you will also find the dining area with 4 seats.
If you are traveling with children (up to 6 years free of charge), we will be happy to provide you with a high chair and a cot.
Our small but finely furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as: B.

Cleaning and cleaning agents are also available (should something go wrong ...).

Wir sind sehr gut in der Fewo angekommen. Wir waren über den "Check in" mit dem Schlüsselsafe begeistert. So konnten wir entspannt auch später anreisen und mussten uns an kein Zeitfenster halten. Anreise ab 16 Uhr war auch völlig i. O. So konnten wir Überlingen länger genießen. Die Fewo ist sehr hell und sehr sauber. Betten waren schon bezogen, sogar das Schlafsofa war schon vorbereitet. Top war der Topper auf dem Schlafsofa, so war der Schlafkomfort gesichert👍 Es istveinesehr ruhige Siedlung. Die Eigentümer leben mit im Gebäude, sodass bei Frag sofort Unterstützung da war. Ebenfalls funktioniert die Kommunikation über Fewo mit dem Eigentümer sehr gut. Die Antworten kommen immer prompt. Der Europa-Park ist in ca 20 Min erreichbar. Alles Top. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans cet appartement pour le calme du quartier. L’appartement était très propre et bien décoré. Le lit était super et nous avons très bien dormit. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. La douche est bien grande mais attention l’eau arrive a sortir car la porte ne se ferme pas correctement, on a du à chaque fois nettoyer le carrelage mais pour nous rien d’important. Il n’y avait pas de chaînes françaises à la télévision que de l’allemand. Nous avons rendu l’appartement aussi propre qu’a notre arrivée nous avons aspiré et lavé le sol (tout est dans l’appartement pour le faire). Le coffre pour les clefs sont une bonne idée. Par contre nous regrettons de ne pas avoir vu les hôtes pour se saluer. La description est parfaite. Le top c’est que nous étions a 15 minutes de Europapark donc on recommande cet appartement. Traduction en allemand : Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung für die Ruhe der Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bett war super und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es gibt alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Dusche ist sehr groß aber Vorsicht das Wasser kommt raus weil die Tür nicht richtig schließt, wir mussten jedes Mal die Fliesen reinigen aber für uns nichts wichtiges. Es gab keine französischen Sender im Fernsehen, nur deutsche. Wir haben die Wohnung so sauber hinterlassen, wie wir bei unserer Ankunft gesaugt und den Boden gewaschen haben (alles ist in der Wohnung, um dies zu

Die Vorbereitungen zum entspannten Urlaub waren sehr gut, die gemietete Ferienwohnung wurde genauso vorgefunden, wie die Beschreibung sie wiedergegeben hat. Durch die absolut ruhige Lage war der Urlaub sehr entspannt. Alle unsere möglichen Unternehmungen konnten dank 9-€ Ticket bequem erreicht werden, denn der Bahnhof war nur ca. 4km weit entfernt. Ein schöner Sitz auf der vorgelagerten Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Vermieter haben sehr freundlich auf Anregungen unsererseits reagiert und waren eigentlich kaum zu spüren. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Anreise war sehr unproblematisch und durch den Schlüsselsafe auch sehr flexibel möglich. Die Wohnung war groß, sauber und sehr neu. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, egal ob in der Küche, im Bad oder in der Wohnung selbst. Immer wieder gerne!
