"I was quite pleased with my stay here. It was perfect and economical for my purposes. The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out.
It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

"Nice hotel, close to the former border - recommend to ask the boss about it - certainly an interesting conversation.
They have also a nice Wellness area (Sauna), Food is very good (we took the local Cold plate for dinner).
There is a room which can be locked for bycicles.
Friendly staff !
Nearby are Castle Heldburg and nice bike Trails along the former border patrol ways. "
