Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten das Hotel für 2 Nächte gebucht. Positiv: das Zimmer war recht groß mit einem eigenen Balkon, die Betten bequem. Negativ: -Es ging schon beim Einchecken los, als uns das (bereits bezahlte) Zimmer noch einmal berechnet werden sollte. - Die Toilette hatte einen dicken schwarzen Rand, als wenn sie seit längerem nicht benutzt und gereinigt worden wäre. - Der Zimmerservice hat unser Zimmer anscheinend ausgelassen, unsere Betten waren auch abends noch nicht gemacht, die Toilette immer noch schmutzig. - Das Frühstück war zumindest am 1. Tag, einem Samstag, erbärmlich: Wurst und Käse aus der Packung, wenig Auswahl, die Bedienung allerdings bemüht. -In der 2. Nacht waren Jugendliche auf unserem Flur untergebracht, bis 2 und ab 7 Uhr Krach und Türeschlagen. Es kümmerte keinen Verantwortlichen. Fazit: Beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Hotel ok, Restaurant riesige Portionen zu sehr gutem Preis. Leider wurde die Sauna für 1 Person nicht eingeschaltet. Sehr schade, da das ein Buchungskriterium war.

Das Hotel ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen; seit langem wird nicht mehr Geld investiert in die Sanierung der Zimmer und v.a. in die Haustechnik (Heizung, Sanitäranlagen).

Der größte Kritikpunkt war der wirklich sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Wir hatten Probleme beim einchecken bzw. dem Schlüsseltresor, er nannte uns am Telefon ganz unfreundlich den Code den wir verwenden sollten. Leider funktioniert die Taste 0 nicht gut bzw. gar nicht, als wir es dem Mitarbeiter mehrfach gesagt haben, erwiderte er ununterbrochen und genervt „doch, geht.“ nach 15(!) Minuten in der Kälte vor der Tür (-2 grad) waren wir nach mehrfachen Versuchen leider sehr genervt von der Situation. Meine Begleitung und ich haben es immer und immer wieder versucht, der Mitarbeiter hat uns dann endlich einen anderen Code genannt für den zweiten Tresor, dieser funktionierte und wir konnten endlich aufs Zimmer. Im Zimmer angekommen, bemerkten wir, dass das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand war, überall hingen Tapeten von den Wänden, das Badezimmer war schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Wasser Temperatur ließ sich nicht regeln. Es war bitter kalt auf dem Zimmer, also entschlossen wir uns, die Heizung anzumachen. Diese war allerdings nicht entlüftet und wir durften die ganze Nacht und den Morgen über sehr lautes und nerviges Gluckern hören.

Das Personal war sowas von unfreundlich, mussten ewig warten bis jemand kam (nach Anruf, trotz angegebener Check-in Zeiten) Zimmer wurde berechnet obwohl schon bezahlt.

Nie wieder!!!

Ich habe mit mir Balkon gebucht, bekam Aber ein Zimmer ohne, obwohl noch jede Menge Zimmer frei waren. Rezeption unfreundlich, das Zimmer von 1960-2010 eingerichtet, Bad 60er mit Schimmel in der Dusche. Ich werde dort nicht mehr buchen!

Das eigentliche Schlafzimmer war schön groß und relativ neu renoviert mit neuen Möbeln. Sehr bequeme Betten, Schreibtisch und Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Schrank, Garderobe und Abstellbankfür Kofer sowie 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser zur Begrüßung. Alles sehr positiv! Leider nicht so positv war das Bad. 80er Jahre Stil mit teilweise gesprungenen Fliesen, abgerissene Klebekaken, teilweise abgerissener Duschvorhang (einige Rollen waren ausgerissen) der auch nicht ganz sauber war, Mülleimer noch voll, insgesamt vom Aussehen fast das Gegenteil vom Schlafzimmer.

Nice place to stay

This is a small hotel located in a quiet village of Herbstein, which is easily accessible from A4/E40. The room was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with everything you would expect within this price range. As a bonus - the restaurant serves delicious food (breakfast and diner).

Hotel nicht für einen Urlaub geeignet

Personal am Empfang ,in der Gaststätte und am Frühstückstisch reserviert. haben nur das nötigste gesprochen. Am Empfang wurde nichts zum Ablauf gesagt oder wo das Zimmer ist. Gut war das Essen im Lokal. Für eine Nacht ok, wenn man nichts besonderes erwartet.
