"This place is exactly what I expected and paid for in the middle of nowhere in north Texas. The host (I assume the owner) was very friendly and accommodating. I'm traveling with a cat and there is a group of uncarpeted rooms for pet owners. There is deferred maintenance - again, nothing I didn't expect for the location and price. The beds are fine. There is noise from I-40. If you're fussy, go on into Amarillo and pay twice as much. I'm not, and it suited me just fine."
