In addition, in the center are the popular concert shell and the largest beach chair in the world!To round off the wellness program on holiday, from mid-September to mid-May (16:00 - 22:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays) a free communal sauna welcomes you in the middle entrance of the house. At these times you can warm yourself up and relax on several sun loungers and in a small sitting area: In the "Haus Valentino", on the same property, you can use a bicycle storage room and, for a fee, a washing machine and dryer. To get to the property, you will receive a remote control on arrival, for which a deposit of 50 € is required. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. This modern 4 bedroom apartment with ample windows and a size of 108 m² is spread over two levels. A maximum of 6 people can spend a relaxing holiday here. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 or 80 x 200) and wardrobe. A staircase leads to the spacious living area, which is furnished with a comfortable leather suite, flat screen TV, music system and fireplace. From the large furnished balcony in western orientation, which is accessible from the living room, you can enjoy the meals as well as the fantastic view over the rooftops of Heringsdorf to the Baltic Sea. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc. with adjoining dining area is also integrated in the living room. The third bedroom, also in the upper area, is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200) and a little storage space. Two more furnished balconies for the morning or Evening sun borders on two of the bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is assigned to a bathroom, equipped with shower and washbasin / WC. In addition, the larger bathroom has a double vanity, bath and bidet. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and bicycle storage are located in the neighboring building. During the winter months, guests can use the sauna for free on the house on different days.
