This 46 sqm 2-room apartment offers a spacious bright living room with two couches, which can be used as single extra beds, flat screen TV and radio / CD. The large windows to the east let a lot of light into the living room. A large dining table in the back area invites you to share meals. The kitchen including dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. is integrated in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink / toilet. From the living room, you can walk on the terrace to Lindenstraße, which, like the entire apartment, is also east-facing. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Sauna and washing machine are available for a fee for shared use. Pets are allowed in this apartment.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern im Netz, wir wußten aber nicht, dass sie in der Hochparterre liegt. Für uns kein Problem, für andere vielleicht. Von der Bülowstr. hörte man etwas, von vorbeifahrenden Autos direkt inder Straße aufgrund des Straßenbelages auch. Eine Wohnung zum Hof hin hätten wir nicht gewollt! Top ist die Nähe zum Ortskern, dafür aber trotzdem ruhig. Das mag in der saison anders sein!
