One bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, blackout blinds and insect screens and pantry. The small pantry kitchen in the bedroom is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a sink. The bathroom has a shower / toilet, towel heater and a hairdryer. The bed linen is already included. There is a seating area in the garden and a terrace with awning. Parking is free on the property. Another parking lot in the Baltic Sea Heringsdorf, just 20m from the beach, also belongs to the apartment for free.

The holiday home 1A has a total of 4 apartments and a holiday room. It is located in a tranquil idyllic location in the Heringsdorf district Gothen on the edge of the three imperial baths. Enjoy your holiday in a friendly cozy atmosphere - all apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and comfortably equipped. Our guests have sauna with a shower (for a fee), lawn for sunbathing with barbecue and private parking directly on the beach of Heringsdorf (in best location) free of charge.   Wifi and linen is included in all apartments.
