This cozy 51 square meter 2-room apartment for 2-3 persons is located on the mezzanine floor and has a large south-facing balcony, which already attracts the guests for breakfast in the open air. The balcony is preceded by a spacious terrace overlooking the garden, which invites you to relax at any time of the day. In the living area you will find a cozy sitting area with sleeping function (140 x 190) and a large dining area. The integrated kitchen in the living area has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator etc. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (separate mattresses 90 x 200) and enough wardrobe space. In the bathroom with window shower and washbasin / WC as well as a washing machine are available to the guests. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.

Bansin is one of the famous three imperial baths on the island of Usedom. The Seeheilbäder impress with great past, charm and warmth. With their up to 70 meters wide, white, endless sandy beach, they promise pure relaxation. The imperial baths are among the most beautiful spas of the scenic island, which incidentally is the sunniest region in Germany with an average of 1,906 hours of sunshine per year.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt super genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen kleinen eigenen Garten, den man nutzen kann. Zur Strandpromenade braucht man ca 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Das einzige, was wirklich lästig war: da die anderen Terrassen in diesem Mehrfamilienhaus direkt nebeneinander liegen, muss man sich auf Lautstärke der Nachbarn einstellen. Dafür kann die Wohnung nichts, aber die Nachbarn waren derart unerträglich laut, dass es das ganze positive Erlebnis stark geschmälert hat. Am zweiten Tag haben wir lieber drinnen gefrühstückt, als ungehobelte Leute, die einfach Stühle und Liegen auf der Holzterrasse auf den Boden schmeißen, hören zu müssen. Unterhaltung war nicht möglich. Aber wie gesagt, dafür kann die wirklich nett und großzügig eingerichtete Wohnung nichts. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass das einfache Touristen und nicht dauerhafte Mieter sind.
