This 73 square meter 3-room apartment is located at ground level on the sheltered edge of the apartment house with individual access only 10 meters from the reserved, covered by green plants belonging to the apartment car parking space. The nicely furnished living room with cushioned corner and dining area and the terrace are south facing. Flat TV and radio are of course. Both bedrooms face the lake and are each equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (180 or 160 x 200) and enough closet space. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer etc. A shower room and a bath with each sink / WC are available to guests. The wind-protected, sunny terrace, which is accessible from the living room, is of course furnished and also offers a beach chair for cuddly moments. In the basement of the apartment house you will find a bike room, washing machine and dryer.   This apartment has free Wi-Fi. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. The dune house Christa is located in Maxim Gorki Street, in one of the most exclusive beach locations of Heringsdorf. Here, the name speaks for itself. The apartment house is located directly on the promenade behind the dune and the beach access is right in front of the house. Here your holiday is accompanied by sea air and the sound of the sea. With a short walk along the promenade or the beach you can reach the pier and the center of Heringsdorf or Bansin. The apartments are individually furnished and comfortably equipped. 

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
