At this beautiful southern two-room apartment on the ground floor of Dünenresidenz include a balcony and a high terrace. The contemporary furnished apartment has a living room with modern kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sofa bed in the living room can be put extra for two people. The use of washing machine and dryer is possible on site for a fee of € 4.00.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home

Attention: Site information Please note that in the period from 04. March 2019 to 31. May 2019 renovation work on the facade as well as on the balconies and terraces of the dunes - residence will be held. Affected are the apartments in A and B and the apartments C 04 and C 14 in house C.

Guests who opt for a holiday in house C during the above mentioned time will receive a 20% price advantage. This discount will be deducted directly at the time of booking.


Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 Dünenresidenz.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
