This modern furnished 42 square meter two-room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a. 3 Person a place to sleep (width 1.50 m) provides, as well as a table and a relaxing chair. Flat TV and radio are standard. The open kitchen is fully integrated in the living room with oven / stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave etc. equipped. The dining area for three persons is located in the light-filled loggia, which is oriented to the southeast. The bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) arranged to a double bed, sufficient wardrobe space and a flat screen TV. The bathroom with window is equipped with a shower and sink / toilet. A parking space is available in the parking garage (about 50m) available.  Small pets are welcome.

The lovingly renovated bath villa "Emmi" awaits you in a central location in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf (about 300 m to the pier). The cozy, comfortably furnished apartments of this stylish little villa are ideal for a relaxing holiday. Car parking spaces are available at the villa and in the parking garage (about 50m away). Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten are possible in front of the house.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Unterkunft und Parkhaus

Bis auf das Schlafzimmer wo das Bett nicht in diesem Schlafzimmer stehen sollte sonst gut .Für ältere Leute ist die Treppe ein Risiko .Das Parkhaus hat ein Problem der Fahrstuhl geht nicht und man muß immer runter und hoch laufen auch als älterer Mensch ganz schlecht .Schade

Tolle kleine Whg. mit Schönheitsfehlern

Schöne Whg. für 2 Personen...jedoch direkt an einer Hauptstrasse und gegenüber einer kath. Kirche - also etwas laut. Tiefkühlfach fehlt. Ansonsten alles prima. Besonders Wohnküche und Bad. Tolle Verwaltung, die jederzeit für uns da war.
