Mailin 2 - (Breeze) Villa Mailin

Mailin 2:
This 40 sqm bright 1-room apartment with large loggia is located on the ground floor. The spacious living room sleeps a box spring bed with separate mattresses (90x200), wardrobe and a small seating area to relax and watch TV. In the loggia, which is oriented to the south, the meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table. The Kitchenette with two hotplates, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher is located separately in the corridor. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. A parking space is located in the parking garage in about 150 meters from Villa Mailin. Pets are welcome in this apartment.   Please note that a deposit of 15.00 euros must be paid for the parking permit for the car park when you arrive.

The villa offers comfortable holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments enjoy a neat and tasteful decor. Most of the apartments feature a loggia. Washing machine is in the basement. Parking spaces are reserved in the parking garage. Bicycles can be parked next to the villa in the bike rack. 

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind dabei die gute Lage, die hübsche und auch umfassende Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie der nette Service an der Rezeption. Für kurze Trips nur zu empfehlen. Anzumerken ist dabei auch, dass ein paar Küchentücher, etwas mehr Besteck und eine besser konzipierte Dusche (diese macht das ganze Bad nass, sobald man die Tür öffnet). Bis auf kleinere Sachen, die eine schöne Ergänzung zur Ausstattung der Wohnung wären, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mehr als in Ordnung!

Sehr schöner Pfingsturlaub in Heringsdorf

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung der Villa Mailin in Heringsdorf sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal, nur weinge Gehminuten vom Zentrum und vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen und ist bis auf einen Backofen mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung, wir würden jederzeit wieder das Appartement für einen Aufenthalt auf Usedom wählen.

Kein Problem bei Ab und Anreise, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Bett ist für Paare schlecht, da es sich auseinanderschiebt.
