This approx. 48 square meter 2-room apartment is located in the 1st. Floor and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. The cozy living room guests will find a seating with TV and open full kitchen including dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave etc. At the large dining table in the spacious bright loggia, which is directed to the south, the meals can be taken. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample cupboard space. In the bathroom, shower, toilet / WC are available. A parking space is located in the park at about 150 m distance to Villa Mailin. In this apartment pets are welcome.

The villa offers comfortable holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments enjoy a neat and tasteful decor. Most of the apartments feature a loggia. Washing machine is in the basement. Parking spaces are reserved in the parking garage. Bicycles can be parked next to the villa in the bike rack.

Kurzurlaub

Der Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich, alle Informationen bekam ich ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Auto konnte für den gesamten Aufenthalt im nicht weit entfernten Parkhaus kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm. Gegenüber ein kleiner Frischemarkt, Bäcker 200m entfernt, Fahrradverleih direkt nebenan und bis zum Strand bzw. Seebrücke nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, das Schlafzimmer leider sehr klein für das große Bett. Die Küchenzeile ist etwas veraltet, wenig Steckdosen für bereitgestellte Elektrogeräte. Die Beleuchtung über der Arbeitsfläche etwas spärlich. Das sind aber die einzigen Minuspunkte. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Ausblick vom Esstisch war auch nie langweilig, da sich der Eingang vom Supermarkt gegenüber befindet. Trotzdem war es an der Straße relativ ruhig. Ich kann diese Wohnung empfehlen.

Zauberhaft und......

Die Wohnung war Top gegenüber ist auch gleich ein Geschäft. Mit kleinen Dingen die man schnell braucht Lebensmittel und Co. Super Zentral zum Meer zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Nur das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist Gewöhnungsbedürftig da ist nur ein 20 cm Spalt um auf die andere Seite vom Bett zu kommen nachts etwas gefährlich. Aber sonst alles top. Parken in der Straße nicht möglich nur im Parkhaus 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man darf vor dem Haus ausladen. Dann muß das Fahrzeug aber in das Parkhaus gebracht werden. Unterstellen der Fahrräder ist sehr schwer neben den Mülltonnen draußen am Haus ist ein Ständer für 4 Fahrräder bei 8 Wohnungen ist es schwer sein Bike abzustellen wenn jeder Eins dabei hat.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Nur die Möbel im Schlafzimmer waren etwas ungünstig gestellt. Der Durchgang am Bett war zu eng.
