In this tastefully furnished 52 square meter 2-room apartment 2-3 people can spend a relaxing stay directly on the sea. The living room is furnished with a modern couch and flat TV. The adjacent loggia with partial views of the Baltic Sea and the promenade is a popular place at any time of the day. Here, a dining area invites to shared meals and a relaxing armchair for holiday reading. The kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob etc. is integrated with a bar and two bar stools in the rear of the spacious living room open. The bedroom, from whose window you can also catch a glimpse of the sea, is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (topper 180 x 200) and a wardrobe. The modern small bathroom, which is accessible from the bedroom and the hallway, is equipped with a shower with real glass partition and washbasin / WC. Washer and dryer are in the house. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.

 Named after the godfather of Norse mythology, the lovingly and ornately decorated "Haus Odin" welcomes you in a quiet and exclusive location directly on the promenade. After just 50m you can easily reach the beach access in front of the property and can look far to the Baltic Sea.   From the accommodation you can comfortably reach the Heringsdorf pier, the lively town center or the popular theater "Chapeau Rouge" in about 10 minutes. In about 150m distance invites the "Bakery Thiel" in Delbrückstraße for a tasty and invigorating start to the holiday morning. Next to it is the Gasthof "Schmiedehaus", if you like to dine heartily in the immediate vicinity. Other restaurants are within walking distance along the promenade both towards Heringsdorf and towards Ahlbeck.   A washing machine and a dryer are in the basement (side entrance) available. Your own or borrowed bikes can accommodate you on the property protected in a lockable bike shed.   Each apartment is 1 parking space on the property available, which is labeled with the appropriate apartment number.   Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival.
