This magnificent 70 square meter three-room apartment is located on the ground floor and offers you all the comfort you need for your holiday. The spacious living room has a cozy couch corner with sleep function, a large dining table for 6 people invites you to meals together. The full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, p. p. is integrated in the living area. Both bedrooms have a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a smaller wardrobe. The reclaimed plank floor gives the living and sleeping area the special charm. In the modern bathrooms you will find a washbasin / WC and a bathtub or a shower. The large south facing terrace with garden access invites you to linger. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. To get to the beach, follow - with the house in the back - the Delbrückstraße about 50m to the left. At the intersection, keep left and go into "Liehrstraße". From here you can reach the promenade and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach after about 100m.   A washing machine is available for a fee and is located on the ground floor immediately after entering the villa. You can park your own or borrowed bikes in an open bike rack. Guests of apartment 4 is a separate, lockable bike shed available. 1 parking space on the property is assigned to each apartment with the appropriate number.  Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation.
