The three-room apartment measures just under 70 square meters. Located on the mezzanine level of Villa Maxim, it features a beautiful south-facing balcony. Enjoy soaking up the sun or relaxing with a refreshing drink. The spacious and bright living-dining room is also ideal for relaxing. From the comfortable seating area, you’ll have a view of the rustic wood-burning stove and the large flat-screen TV. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is separated by a small counter. Fully equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances, you can prepare all your meals here, from breakfast to dinner. The beautiful dining table is also located in the same room. A stylish lighting design ensures that it’s never too dark. You’ll find pure sleeping comfort in the two bedrooms. The slightly larger of the two has its own small balcony, a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also perfect for relaxing and sweet vacation dreams. A comfortable double box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a closet with plenty of storage space await you. The naturally lit bathroom features a rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. Should the weather ever not be ideal for exploring the island—which is extremely rare on Usedom—you can relax in the on-site spa area on the first floor of Villa Maxim. Here you’ll find two saunas, a relaxation room with a flat-screen TV, and a shower, all available for your use. The apartment also includes an outdoor parking space. Wi-Fi is free. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided.

In the basement, there is a Finnish sauna with a flat-screen TV in the relaxation area for all guests. You can also use a washing machine [&] dryer (with free laundry detergent). Each apartment has one parking space available in front of the building. The Wi-Fi network in the house is available free of charge.
