This 67 square meter 4-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with three bedrooms is suitable for 2 to max. 6 persons. In the cozy living room guests have a couch corner and flat screen TV available. The open kitchen adjacent to the living area is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. In the light-flooded loggia the dining area is housed. From here you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate 5 people; with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a larger single bed (120 x 200) and a bunk bed (100 x 200). Another sleeping possibility is the sofa bed in the living room (lying area 140 x 190). The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower and bath, double sink and toilet. Two parking spaces (one behind the other) are located on the property.

This elaborately renovated villa presents itself in the typical imperial style and is only a stone's throw away from the beach promenade and the white sandy beach. In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the famous Ahlbeck pier. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom.
