In the house there is a lift and a bicycle garaging. The underground parking or Outdoor parking are included. A washing machine and a dryer in the house are available for a fee.

This modern three room apartment in the 3. Floor is comfortably furnished and has a second bedroom. For the fifth and sixth person a sofa bed is in the living room. The apartment offers a wonderful view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and a discount of 50% on the regular entrance fees until 31st August 2019 every time you visit the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the 50% discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
