"Well located, but poor sleeping conditions. The flat is located near the pier, which is nice. Unfortunately, it is also next to a very noisy workplace, using power drills starting in the early morning. The building facade is in poor condition, but the inside is clean. The flat floor and furniture were covered in dust, which indicates no cleaning had been made for a long time. The bathroom was nice and modern. The living room is supposed to host 3 people, but it is very hard to make the flatable...

"Nice traditional building, good size apartment (though the kitchen was tiny). Located further from.the village than expected, but great scenery and views. Lovely area to visit. The manager was helpful and keen to talk about walking route options. "

"Ideal für 2 Personen, nett eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sehr guter Check-In mit Erklärungsvideo, das wir im Vorhinein bekommen haben. Man ist schnell am Bodensee, doch weit genug weg vom Trubel, damit man auch Ruhe hat. Guter Fleischhauer und Bäcker in Gehnähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Begrüßung vor Ort war sehr herzlich und in der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr schön und komplett eingerichtet."

"Eine rundum schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Es wurde an alles gedacht und selbst Handtücher uns Bettwäsche wurde gestellt. Jede noch so kleine Kleinigkeit wurde bedacht und die Ruhe war himmlisch. Sogar einen Stellplatz für die Räder war vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der gesamten Zeit wie zu Hause gefühlt und uns richtig toll erholen können. Dazu hat such der sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Asgeber beigetragen. Für uns war es sicher nicht der letzte Besuch dort."

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach gut, die Wohnung wat super sauber und schön. Die Umgebung war ruhig, leider war die Lage nicht nicht ideal. Wir sind immer für Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto gefahren. Ausserdem, hatten wir erwartet dass wir ohne Gebühren den Privatstrand verwenden konnten, leider war das nicht der Fall, und zwar wird €10 p.p. gefragt. Nichtsdestotrotz, habe wir die Zeit in Gaissau genossen."

"Immenstaad ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Ausflüge mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad und Wanderungen. Der Ort ist nicht so überlaufen. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung und die Lage des Hauses sind top. Mit dem Kopfkissen kam ich nicht zurecht, aber da ist ja jeder anders. Mehr Leselampen wären schön. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir sehr gerne wieder."

"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door.
