"We only stayed for one night. The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The hotel had been updated since our last visit. Shower was good. Plenty of hot water. Downside is you have to climb into a bathtub. Breakfast was okay. Enough choices for me. Only cooked item was waffle maker. I would stay here again."

"The room was clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. I left at 5:00am in the morning so I didn't experience the breakfast, looked like it was going to be great. All the staff except for the overnight person was very helpful and kind. At 5 in the morning and have 4 guest leaving and 2 new group guest coming in seemed overwhelming for a solo staff person at the front desk"

"nothing it's a dump do not book here they will overcharge you did not clean my room for over two weeks got yelled at by the housekeeper saying she was busy just rude told the office I startled her really nothing her but drug addict prostitute and section right with families no place for kids to play vandals roaming around on the parking lot a real skinny white man with a hat asking for favors cigarettes. just a mess. over charged me then tell me to leave if I don't like how they run things. the one with the moppy brown hair called me an old lady. the office staff is mostly unavailable and the dark hair lady I think is prejudice thing thing turn the copier off and said we are having problems with it do you will have to wait for your receipt and left told me I can get it when I check out no I paid cash you always receipt cash. I talked to the manager nice guy no action he covers for his staff and is hardly ever here. I am leaving and they are trying to take my picture to post on social media. this is animal house. there is no reason to come if you are paying unless you are a contractor then you get a discount. did I say it burned down back in December they still have not rebuild sounds like neglegence to me."

"Stayed here during my trip and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. First, I was assigned a room directly facing the pool area. Late at night, groups of guests were being extremely loud around the pool, propping doors open and creating constant noise that carried directly into the room. It did not feel like the hotel was effectively managing disturbances in public areas. The most frustrating part was the laundry room situation. I used a paid dryer, set a timer, and even returned a few minutes early before the cycle should have ended. When I came back, someone had already removed my clothes from the dryer and taken over the machine I had paid for. My clothes were left at the front desk. What disappointed me even more was the staff’s response — instead of trying to understand the situation fairly, the front desk immediately assumed I was the one improperly using the dryer. The issue is not about the few dollars spent on the machine. It is about the lack of organization, poor handling of guest disputes, and the feeling that basic guest concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed, noisy, and stressful compared to what I expected. I would not stay here again."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed because people were standing in front of the sign smoking. The room was not clean by any means. There was trash bags outside piled high around all the areas for days. The room next to us was absolutely disgusting. The door was left wide open with piles of trash beds tore apart and a very strong urine smell coming out of the room, the doors stay open for two days and was never cleaned once. We were supposed to stay through Monday, but when we asked for extra to towels because the room only had two and there was four people in the room. The front desk laughed at us and said you can try taking them to laundry and exchanging them. Maybe they’ll give you a new ones we turned around and decided to pack our stuff and leave right then and there at 10 o’clock on Sunday morning. This place was so bad that I wouldn’t even recommend it for a homeless person. It’s a shame that it’s even affiliated with a franchise."

"The room was perfect, it was clean and spacious with everything you would need. Check-in was a piece of cake, and staff member Theresa in particular was awesome. She was so welcoming and able to tell us so much about the city. We will definitely be back! "
