The "Nassfeld Pass Pisten View" apartment is located in the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld Resort (at Passo Pramollo, just 100 meters from the Italian border) and offers a 43 m² ground-floor apartment for up to 4 guests. It features 1 bedroom, a living/kitchen/dining area (fully equipped kitchen), and 1 bathroom. Amenities include free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, TV, and elevator. Enjoy direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes, with a run from the basement to the Matritschen chairlift. A ski room with lockable locker and heated boot rack lets you return straight from the slopes. In summer, bike and mountain bike rentals are available on site.



Outside, your private balcony offers a direct view of the ski slope. Bikes can be stored on the balcony or in the underground garage.



A reserved underground parking space is included for the apartment; parking in front of the building or on other numbered garage spaces is not permitted. General parking areas are available at the resort entrance. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



A tractor shuttle connects the entire alpine and ski area; a stop is right outside and operates in both summer and winter. Restaurants, bars, and après-ski venues are just a 5–10 minute walk away. A swing attraction and a cheese dairy are nearby. Day passes for the wellness area of a nearby hotel are available for an extra fee.
