This beautiful semi-detached house is located just a stone's throw from Lake Pressegger and a few minutes' drive from the charming town of Hermagor, as well as a ten-minute drive from the stunning Nassfeld ski area. With a balcony at both the front and back and a lovely terrace, there's always a spot to soak up the sun. The house also features a sauna, and you can park your car directly at the house under the carport. The mountains of Carinthia are the ultimate place to enjoy and relax
At Lake Presseggersee, it's wonderfully relaxing by the water with temperatures reaching up to 28 degrees. The Nassfeld ski area, with 110 km of slopes in the southern part of Austria, is very snow reliable and enjoys plenty of sunshine due to its location on the southern side of the Alps. It also features the Millennium Express, the longest gondola lift in Austria. Just a 30-minute drive away is Weissensee, which attracts many ice skating enthusiasts in winter, and in spring, summer, and autumn, it's a must for nature lovers. There is plenty of space for children to play happily. Not in the mood to cook? There are plenty of dining options in the area. This location is easy to reach without tricky mountain roads. In Carinthia, it's truly enjoyable both in summer and winter. Winters are generally very sunny and cold, while summers are pleasantly warm
