"Das Chalet ist fantastisch und war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unseren Familien-Skiurlaub. Sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber, toller Ausblick. sehr ruhig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der nächste Supermarkt ist unten im Ort, der Einstieg ins Skigebiet ist in zehn Minuten erreichbar und es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Vermieter antwortet sofort, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen."

"Accommodation was fantastic as well as the location. However, communication was poor when we got to Jenig. When we looked for local summer card, it was not possible to get it in 5 days of our stay. We tried to call the agency number, but no reply and when we contacted the CZ office, they promised to organize it - the result was that local agency replied we contacted them late. We also missed a set of practical info regarding the cottage and the area. It is a stame there is no local help...

"Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Es gab überall eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten zu meckern. Im Bad haben wir leichte Schimmelflecken entdeckt, der Deckel vom Mülleimer war defekt. Die Rezeption war vormittags leider selten besetzt. Und das man sein Gepäck mit Trolleys vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft bringen muss, war uns vorher auch nicht bekannt. Aber wie gesagt, alles Kleinigkeiten, welche eben zu 1 Punkt Abzug in der Gesamtbewertung führen. Grundsätzlich kann man die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!"

"Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. Breakfast had a delicious buffet assortment of fruits, veggies, omelettes, meats, cheeses, yogurts and breads- also excellent coffee options! The rooms were tidy and uncomplicated, with essential amenities. The shower had great, powerful flow (I mention this bc I can’t stand weak, dribbling showers) Apparently the winter had even MORE to offer, but our summer stay did not disappoint us in any way. Staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The teens have asked to return in the winter some day to ski, and we will happily return to the Franz Ferdinand!"

"One of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The home was beautiful, quiet, clean, and incredibly cozy. Just below the house is a lovely river and a walking path that leads into the village center or makes for a perfect walk or run. It was the ideal place to relax while still being close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
