The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. "Unit was on another location very far away from the one advertised. The host said to stay one night in that place and maybe he will find something closer next day. I decided to stay instead of go for another venture. Even thought, the agreement says to give him 45 dollars, he charged 50. Place was cleaned but I saw roaches in a few places. I do not recommend this host. "

"This is a great place to stay in Cabarete! Nice & clean, nice neighbors and very secure building. There are many things that are walkable from here; shopping, restaurants, bars, the beach, even groceries! The only drawback is no direct access to the beach, but a quick walk gets you there in no time."
