Newly built Split Level home. Main floor features open kitchen and living room area with a half bath off the kitchen. Also, one bedroom with private bathroom. Lower lever features two more Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows after a long day exploring. Also on lower level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.
This home is close to everything. Located in the Historic district.

Great stay. Good wine and food and the accommodations were just what we were looking for! Kleenex would have been nice and grill needed cleaning, we did not use it. All in all, a great stay though!

Great Place!

This was a perfect place for us to stay! Walking distance to everything. Every room having a bathroom is a MAJOR plus! There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind. If it's rainy it got a little slick from some mud spots!

The house was so inviting and beautifully updated! It was a short walk away from all of the bars and shops downtown and the Trolley picked you up right outside which was fantastic!! We had such a fun birthday weekend and the house and amenities made the stay that much better!

The house is newly decorated/renovated. There is a lot of room, 3 large bedrooms and common space and a large kitchen. Very clean and within easy walking distance from Hermann downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 8. The house was very spacious, clean and very charming and up to date . We had all the towels , hand towel and kitchen towels we needed. They thought of everything! Dish soap, shampoo, cream rinse . We did not want for anything. We all agreed that it was such a great choice for us . We would recommend it to anyone..

Perfect!

We were staying in Herman to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. While looking for a VRBO many of them were very nice but only had one bathroom which makes it difficult when getting ready for rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath home was perfect for all of us! This VRBO was updated, clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great weekend away with family

This house is within walking distance of many shops, bars, and restaurants. House is very nice and spacious. We had 6 adults staying (3 coupes). Love that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Cute backyard outdoor space. There are a lot of steps leading up to the property and it is split level, so indoor steps as well- someone with mobility issues may not do well here, but thankfully we didn’t have that problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Bachelorette trip!

We loved this property for a girls’ getaway for a friend’s bachelorette trip! It was super clean, well decorated, and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! It’s also in a perfect location that’s close enough to the shops but also far enough away that you’re not parking right in traffic. The only thing I would caution others on is that the steps are the only way into the property. It makes it difficult for people with mobility issues or even just to carry luggage into the house. Overall an amazing property though!

Wedding weekend!

The home is fabulous! We will definitely stay here again. This was our first Vrbo rental and it was flawless from start to finish. Our son was getting married in Hermann and we needed a location for 6 of us in our family, including my 80 yo mother. Although this home has several steps and is a split level, it is completely and beautifully remodeled inside! Every bedroom and bathroom is fabulous. And the kitchen and living room …oh my, fabulous!!! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. So comfy. So inviting. Every detail is well thought out and you don’t need to bring a thing except for food! And the beds were so comfy!!!
