Dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom and the sink and shower were dirty. Owner refused to answer our requests for a refund."

"Place is advertised as a "Loft", it's simply not, it's a single family home in an up and coming neighborhood. It's a nice home, but really poorly furnished and definitely not for young kids or the elderly (very steep staircases). Outside is very unkempt, inside was clean but the furniture is the cheapest stuff imaginable. Zero checkin information, towels were in the dryer in the basement, kitchen barely equipped, etc. That said, the area was really nice and the beds were pretty decent. "
