"Restaurant was understaff"

"Check in was slow (20 minutes for one person) and there was a line up. One worker was eating lunch and didn’t come out until lunch was over despite the line up. The breakfast was out of food multiple mornings. "

"Location, Location, Location...we were in town for an event at the TD Colliseum...easy parking, walking distance to event...lots of dining choices near by...truely the heart of downtown...."

"It was what you would expect from a lower-priced motel. The place was decently clean but not immaculate, shower temperature was fine. It's just run down. The staff were very nice and accommodating though, moved me to a better room and cheerfully supplied more towels. Also the location was good and near good food and the waterfront, plus only a few mins from the highway."

"Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay, but we were unaware that we had to pay with credit and almost had to search for somewhere else to go. Luckily the manager worked it out for us and we paid debit as we had planned. But it was upsetting and should have been something we were made aware of at booking."

I found alternate accomodations nearby, good quality, at only $ 110 per night . Signature Inn is not helping business if they complicate a simple additional overnight extension to a much higher cost ..."
