"Clean rooms, staff was excellent, and the area felt very safe. I have stayed a total of 4 times and 3 of those as a solo traveler while relocating to another state. Absolutely would stay again when traveling. The only negative there isn't much around close for food. So plan ahead if you need a meal and bring a piece of fruit for the morning. "

"Arrived at 4pm and found the lobby is locked, turned out its locked 24 hrs a day with a guard dog present. You have to use the night window in a very hot little room attached to the lobby. Screwed up our reservation. Booked two rooms, no fridge in one, no microwave. Blow dryers, irons non-existant. Never cleaned the bathroom until I complained, even then bad job. One king room was barely furnished with a queen bed and a chair. Other was better with a sofa and table, which did have a king size....

"It has potential to be better. Nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty. No staff onsite, but, were available through a chat. Nicely decorated/industrial loft vibe. Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape...
