"We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean. They took towels each day but forgot to replace them. Didn’t clean ice bucket or beds. Breakfast was very limited, especially when they didn’t even have waffle batter for the waffle maker. Only coffee available was during breakfast and it was Maxwell House instant. Beds were very hard and they gave 3 Mini pillows per bed. There only one entrance so it’s a pain if you don’t get one of about 10 spots on that side. The only ice maker is by the front desk. I...

"When we booked the hotel, we made sure that we would have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We also checked to make sure that there was a hot breakfast or continental breakfast available. We checked in on August 1 and we were told that the company delivering the refrigerators was running behind and we had no refrigerator in the room.
