"Everything about this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient; staff were very welcoming. Our family suite was wonderful. We even got a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view! The pools were amazing, water was clean and warm. "Love the hotel, chilled out music playing during the day, pool area does get busy at weekends but not oppressive.
Really great food in the restaurant here, definitely recommend going half board.
Hersonissis for me isn’t somewhere I would visit again, I don’t like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.
The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel."
