"Had never been to Mostar or B&H before but staff made our stay so easy and comfortable. They couldn’t do enough for you in an entirely unassuming way. They were like family friends by the end. Location was perfect for strolling around the sites and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast up there with the best. Brought to your table with widest possible range of options to graze on. "I've been travelling for over 2 months straight staying in a different hotel in a different city almost every night and this hotel was by far the best out of all. There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. Gave me tea and cookies during checkin and was very helpful. The hotel is amazing. Very good location. Very good breakfast. Very good views from the room. Very good staff. 10/10 5 stars for sure!"
