"What drew my husband and I to this resort was that the cottage/suite was located on the Muskegon river. What wonderful view from inside the cottage! There was a very nice patio and an area with a firepit. The nicely decorated cottage was very clean with a spacious, well stocked kitchen. We had one day out of our three day vacation in which the weather wasn't favorable, but there is a supply of games and plenty to watch on TV. "Very nice, very clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. Overall, Pentwater is a great family oriented town that we hope to revisit and stay at the same VRBO."

"Property owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. The property was exactly as described. Me and 6 of my buddies stayed there for a nice fishing and golfing trip and had plenty of space to hang out on a rainy day. Really enjoyed our stay!!"

"We were very impressed with the experience at the property. As soon as you walk in you can smell the cleaness and the importance to detail. You will find alot of little personal touches that make this a great get away. There is plenty of toys and new experiences to be had and you wont be disappointed. We had a chance to meet them prior to check out and I must say they are great people. If your looking for a great place to stay do not hesitate you will not be disappointed."
