Justin the front desk guy was great!! He was very patient when i checked in crazy late and we had a moment talking about EDM. The room was fine though there a bug in the bathroom but the front desk is why I would recommend this place

Room smelled strongly of bug spray. Overflowing garbage can on the walkway in front of the rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. This is a low end hotel with a low cost to stay. Bed is comfortable.

The place was really dirty, there was cockroaches, a broken sink, water damage from flooding, the shower was gross and was unusable. There was no master lock and the sheets looked dirty. I don’t recommend this place and it seems to be a sketchy

Had been asking for a copy of my receipts I paid cash on 3/7/24 Debit on 3/8/24 79.20 they charge my card 158.40 I've been asking for correction I never authorized the change apparently they can charge you card more after you already paid until now no one had done anything new manager also works at motel 6 in Victorville and pays the residents to co e to this hotel room to claim that he is better then ma ager at motel 6 on maple je tells everyone everybody's business and is always drinking he ask me for a beer but he makes it like I need to supply his habit I've reported to upper management no answer no in one iwns the hotel for sad I was on there since September regular resident no issues h til the manager that had no clue what bring a manager us so many things to tell just don't get involved with him

Here's a revised version of your account: --- **Subject: Urgent Report of Bed Bug Infestation and Mismanagement** Dear [Attorney/Environmental Registry], I am writing to report a severe bed bug infestation at [Hotel Name] that has not only caused me significant distress but also exposed me to unsanitary conditions, despite my efforts to address the situation responsibly. **Timeline of Events:** - **Sunday:** Reported bed bug presence to hotel staff; was advised to wait until Monday for linen change. - **Monday:** Noted continued infestation; informed staff again. Paid all due fees. Staff confirmed infestation and promised exterminator service. - **Tuesday:** Exterminator confirmed infestation but advised against room change to prevent spread. I incurred expenses of approximately $100 to launder all clothing. - **Wednesday:** Exterminator scheduled to return. I took preventive measures, including car cleaning and online research on bed bugs. Despite these efforts, the hotel management accused me of causing the infestation. Upon returning to my room, I found the new linens infested. The manager was uncooperative and threatened to call the police when I demanded action and a refund. I proactively contacted the police for assistance and reported the issue to Expedia, who refunded two days of my stay. I think the towels are 10 years old. They have threads on them. The staff throws your shampoo and other items on the table in the trash without asking you while supposedly cleaning the room. Security is terrible. I saw homeless people around many times and interestingly enough, I saw someone trying to steal my food order that was left at my door at the last minute. The towels and bed linens in the room that needed to be changed are created in a very funny way as if they were just fixed and changed. When I touched the curtain of the room I stayed in, I felt sick. Because there was so much dust on it, I think it had not been taken down and washed since the hotel was first established. There is a lot more to say but I can say this. I will never even pass by it again.

Keep driving. Do not enter!

I travel a lot. This is easily the worst place I've ever stayed. The signs in the lobby seem to indicate that they are trying to not be a place of prostitution or trafficking; Loud, rough sex throughout the entire night that woke us up through the very thin walls suggest otherwise. Overall, the place was just run-down and scuzzy. Several roaches greeted us. All sheets and pillows had stains. One of the pillows was completely flat, and the other was just a pile of lumps. The shower floor was a mess of paint splatters and scrapes - did not look clean at all. The toilet was chipped and had no lid. Had i not already paid for the room and been absolutely unable to drive any further, we would have left before setting our stuff down. We didn't even do that. We took the bare minimum of necessities and left everything else in the car in case there were bed bugs. But that made us fearful that our car would be broken into. Absolutely the worst night I've ever spent. They must be paying people for the good reviews.

Roach Desert pin

All I can say is that I would recommend you just staying in your car. Roaches run around all over and that rite there ruined it for me rite away and could not relax for a minute knowing those little hitchhikers were all over much less sleep.
