"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

"The instructions were a little confusing on how to get to the apartment. Once there, we found we couldn’t control the temperature and we were a little cold through the night. The bathroom had no counter space, the pillows on the bed had cases that were much too large for them resulting in an uncomfortable bunched up pillow, the kettle had particles of calcium floating around in the leftover water from a previous person, and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. "Die Ferienwohnung entspricht sehr genau der Beschreibung. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlen allenfalls Kleinigkeiten. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über einen kleinen Willkommengruß in der Küche mit Tee, Kaffee und kleinen Naschereien.Für uns wäre eine ausgedruckte Gästeinfo mit Informationen zur Ferienwohnung sehr hilfreich gewesen, um schnell einen ersten Überblick zu erhalten. Auch deshalb, weil keine persönliche Übergabe erfolgte.Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, Rewe und...
