"The Good: Property is on the beach, and there’s parking in front once you check in and get a remote. Apartment is fairly well stocked with items for those with kids. The Bad: Unfortunately , we had to flee the apartment early the next morning because of significant breathing issues that affect both my husband and me. We could not stay because it was very dusty, and the bathroom shower was dirty and had mold, even on the ceiling. The owner was quick to respond and said the cleaning lady...

"Although small by Canadian standards, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and a market. (convenience store) A larger market is only a short drive away. The only negative is the lack of doors separating the shower ( a curtain) and the toilet (has it's own door) from the common area. If total privacy is not an issue while using the facilities, I would recommend this apartment."

"A lovely loft apartment steps from a 12/13th century church, 2 bakeries and a little cafe/bar. Minutes to several small restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Apartment was spacious and clean with nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed. The down sides: no towels provided, which is tough if you’re travelling light. Also, no on-site laundry. The kitchen was also low on supplies such as garbage bags & paper towel. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We loved the apartment and the stay was excellent. The beds very comfortable and the apartment well appointed with all that you need. The location is great as it is a short walk away from the main areas of Honfleur but quiet at the same time. Free parking is not far away and the check in process was easy. "Only stayed for 1 night on our way back to the UK. There was a warm friendly welcome when we arrived. Our room was in the main building on the 2nd floor lovely room but very steep stairs to get there no lift! Hope there will be a return visit soon."
