"Staff were amazing! The bar/food court was brilliant, the football was on when we were staying and the atmosphere was excellent! Just watch out for the car park as it is tight to get in & out!"

"The room was clean and the staff were wonderful, however the mosquito nets on the windows really didn't work, which is a shame because there were multiple flies in our room and we got bitten a lot. Even in May it was too warm to have the window closed. For a room for three we had three teabags, a couple coffees and a couple milks, and these were not replenished during our three-night stay. We asked for a fresh mug and the staff were helpful in supplying this but it's a shame the room wasn't better provisioned. That said, the rate we paid through Expedia was very good and we brought our own tea and coffee which I'd recommend. "

"Stayed in this hotel last minute as we are too tired for the day trip so decide to add another day. Didn’t have toothbrush or charging with me. Asked the reception and they have them! Also I like how they have a self service nibble and drink lounge for free so I can fill up my water bottle whenever I need. Have hot water. Room temp water and a coffee machine free to use. Comes with some free croissant too."

"We arrived at 3am and the night concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was manic and they could not cope with the number of guests food ran out and even plates ran out. The room was lovely and clean and the housekeeper she was amazing, we only saw one, a lovely dark skinned lady who was working extremely hard trying to clean all the rooms and doing so with a smile, simply amazing. On the way out we were stuck in the car park as the reception team did not tell us the code changed. Overall lovely clean hotel good service, breakfast was not good, great housekeeper."
