"Really nice hotel. The staff on the front desk were lovely, they offered me and my friend a complimentary cocktail as it was her birthday which was really sweet of them. Beds were comfy, bathroom was nice and love how hot the shower could go! The only downside is that there was a weird smell in the corridors and sometimes in the bar area. Could just be the scent of the cleaner they use but it wasn't the most pleasant smell so I'm not sure. Not enough of a negative to deter me ever staying again though!"

We were very lucky to be upgraded and all the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The hotel bar and lounge area was lovely and a nice peaceful place to relax with a well stocked bar. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in Manchester "
