Riverfront Cabin with 360 degree Mountain Views and trophy trout fishing opportunities on over 2000’ of the Hiawassee River just a few yards from the back door. The property includes 15 acres of community green space for guests to spread out and use including riverside fire pits and picnic tables, walking trails and a community swimming pool with exercise facility.. Cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that sleeps 10 people - Main level Master bedroom features access to rear covered porch, a king size bed, 50 inch flat screen tv, double walk-in closets and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, and double vanities. Upstairs Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and bunk beds (2 twin beds) with a flat screen tv. Upstairs Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds with a flat screen tv. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full size hall bath with shower. The cabin is equipped with a main level laundry room with full size washer and dryer and half bath, fully equipped kitchen for cooking and large dining room table. Open concept living room with wood burning fireplace and 50 inch flat screen tv and DVD player. The cabin features high speed internet and WIFI and DirecTV. Rear covered porch features rocking chairs, a hammock, charcoal grill & gas grill. New kitchen appliances, new blinds and new bedding. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunsets on the rear covered porch smelling the sweet mountain grass and mountain views!

Riverfront Cabin

This property was perfect for my family. The grandchildren loved being on the river and the location was convenient for all of the sights that we wanted to see. The cabin was well stocked and provided many comforts.

The Stamps’s cabin is clean, spacious, and well furnished. We had everything we need for the 3 families that stayed here. The river was close by and views were nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great time at the cabin! Caught lots of fish and took a lazy ride down the river on tubes and kayaks provided. The cabin looks better in person than the pictures.

Great cabin

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful cabin. It was clean and cozy and we loved the view. We enjoyed exploring Bell Mountain, Brasstown Bald and Helen while staying here. The kids loved playing in the large field behind the cabin and exploring near the water. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed for cooking. We highly recommend it and hope to come again someday.

Great Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family! The decor, amenities, location, and peacefulness was exactly how we wanted to spend our time together. Kelly was a wonderful host and replied to all questions very fast. The porch view of the mountains and the sun setting was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return again next year! Definitely a 5 star vacation to us!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The views were incredible! Every morning we woke up with deer in the back yard. The kids had fun kayaking in the river as well as skipping rocks. The house was a short drive away from downtown and had easy access to nearby tourist areas (Helen, Babyland, hiking adventures). We will definitely stay again!!

Great Cabin

This is a great cabin to just disconnect and rest. It’s very close to Hiawassee for some grocery shopping and nice antique store. And also not far from Helen which had a lot of attractions and stores where you could spend some time and walk around. The cabin was clean and stocked and we loved the dinning table. Another thing to note is the ease of the entrance. The road into the community was great and easy to drive.

Very nice getaway weekend, conveniently located near restaurants with mountain views. River in back is much closer than I thought which was good since I'm a fisher. Quality family time, made some good memories. Cabin was clean with everything you need. We got to see some snow fall Saturday morning. I recommend this property.

Relaxing Family Birthday Trip

This property was so accommodating for our Family meeting together to celebrate my Father-in-Laws 75th Birthday. He was able to enjoy fishing and watching his grandchildren down at the creek. Great Mountain Getaway

The cabin was as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The kids enjoyed the river and kayaking while my husband and I enjoyed the back porch and Mountain Views. It was very quiet and an easy drive to Helen and Hiawassee. The grocery store and dollar general are close in proximity along with a great restaurant, Hiawassee Brew. And to top it all off, Kelly was excellent to work with. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin.

We were very happy and extremely pleased with the cabin that Kelly owns. She was so helpful with giving me places of interest and restaurants to visit in the area. We visited Helen Ga. while we were there and that was really fun during the Oktoberfest season. We had our family with us and everyone was really comfortable. The cabin was spotless and had everything you would need and more. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in a wonderful time in the N.Georgia Mountains. Thanks The Dressler's

Worth the drive

I live in South Georgia 15 miles from the Florida line. When I was searching for a place to take my wife on a much needed retreat, I was looking more in the Helen area.. Somehow I found this property and it was perfect. In fact we chose to spend more time around the Hiawassee area than we did at Helen. My wife even said, we have this beautiful cabin that we need to spend ore time at. Whether you choose to sit on the back porch and take in the gorgeous mountain veiws or take a short walk down to the stream behind the property and sit in the adirondack chairs by the stream and enjoy the breeze, you can't go wrong. The house is set up for ten or more guest, but the downstairs was cozy and comfortable for just the two of us. Great Place, I will go back with family
