The place was super clean and lovingly appointed. Especially loved the variety of free vanity items provided in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment and Location to downtown!

We stayed here while we had a local youth hockey tournament this past weekend. Everything was perfect for the apartment we stayed in. Would rent again if up in the area.

Nice place for one person

Small but perfect for me as i was traveling by myself. Close to downtown and highways out of town. Have stayed here twice and would do so again.

The closest bedroom is not obvious in the listing. The neighbors decided to start renovating at 7 pm while we were trying to sleep. Even with the second bedroom being in the closest the overhead light doesn’t work and is a borderline safety hazard. The window is painted closed so if you want some privacy you’ll get zero air flow. We turned the ac all the way down it was still hot in the house. Would not stay here again

It is an old building undergoing renovations, so there were the typical old-building characteristics, like doors that don't quite close, slightly musty smell. I would HIGHLY recommend adding room darkening curtains because there is a lot of ambient light from the street. We did not sleep well.

Quiet apartment in the historic downtown

Grateful that early check in could be accommodated. Easy to communicate with the hosts. Comfortable bed. Quiet building. Convenient location.

Cozy little spot with a great location. Walking distance to food and shopping. Don’t let the back facade of the building scare you.

Hibbing Stay

Needed to be close to family and this location was walking distance. Loved the old building vibe. Came in too early and everyone was accommodating. Loved the bowl of candy and fridge with drinks! I will stay there again!

Inexpensive and close to Main Street

The is an inexpensive place in a good location. The building has a fairly old feel to it, and the apartment has the same feeling. The owners have done a nice job neatening it up. The problem for us was that the office is really a closet and the closet is for the one room so I had to walk through my couple friends bedroom- and that was uncomfortable for me- might not be for others. And this would be great if you are a one or two child family looking for an inexpensive place to stay and cook.
