"This is a hybrid between a Japanese style and western style hotel. You have to take your shoes off to approach the reception and to go up to your room, but then have the conundrum of how to roll your luggage up the ramp to reception (which starts from beyond the shoes off area), could have done without it when I arrived tired after my journey. Staff very friendly and speak English. The room was comfortable and I liked the onsen which I used twice. The breakfast buffet was very good."

Nice breakfast and we have 3 onsens to choose from! It's also conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to the main sights at Gero. "
