Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago
"This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the mattress was hard as a rock, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. They also advertise the guests can use the pool and even sent a text saying it was open, but when we tried to use it, we weren’t actually allowed ..."
