"First one big complaint: the pool was very murky and green and we were really looking forward to a pool day. I immediately complained (politely) and was told it was being cleaned -- but we could still swim in it. No thanks. The weather was hot and the pool wasn't clean until our 4th day -- our last morning there. Not good. Otherwise the propert is very beautiful and peaceful. Very polite staff. Rooms are clean with good A/C. Breakfast (included) was very good. This is my 2nd stay here but next time id call ahead to make sure the pool is clean. Sad."

"The staff accommodated a last minute request for us to be able to transfer from another hotel to this one. They were kind upon our arrival and very helpful in securing transportation for us to the airport. The room was clean and spacious enough for my husband and I. The hotel is located within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the Plaza. This is our second time staying at this hotel and would stay again!"

"The room did not have A/C, did not feel safe. They gave us a pad lock to lock the door if we left the hotel. The towels were dirty. We left in the middle of the night we could not stay there."
