There are MANY things that need to be fixed: mold visible on walls and inside cabinets, many items that need repair or replacement as they are very worn or damaged, baseboards missing, renovations that have been started and left not completed, etc. Our families met to stay at this house (multi generational-6 adults and 6 children). This house is in a great location with lake access and allows for lots of family to stay and visit! The owner was very responsive to bring items the house was missing and needed and also came to fix safety issues (outlets that didn’t have outlet covers). If this house receives the cleaning, repairs and maintenance needed it would be a great place! "

" Property is quiet and rooms are semi sound resistent. Staff was friendly and kind. However property wouldnt allow extended online booking. Was charged for early check in. So we lost out on our one key cash that was supposed to save us for the booking. "

"The staff at then hotel was unhelpful. They didn’t have the linen for the pull-out bed, and offered no other linen as an accommodation. There were no washcloths, and the property is in need of an upgrade. Also, the hotel charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotels.com. I wouldn’t stay here again ever! "

"This property was perfect for our family birthday celebration. Plenty of room for everyone to find a place to comfortably sleep, eat, play and relax. We had kids ranging in age from preschool to college and all found amenities to meet their age/interests. There was enough space to have quiet time but not so big as to loose anyone. We appreciated that both indoors and outdoors had amusements available, if the weather should not be good. For us, Spring Break weather was pretty good so we enjoyed everything (except the fire pit. Highlands the last day meant a "burn ban" on. But we could pivot to roasting marshmallows on the propane grill instead so still fun.) The property manager was very communicative during our stay which was a big help. The celebration was very much enjoyed by all, especially the birthday girl!"

"Place was great other than the walls must be the thinnest of any hotel ever. We could hear every movement and conversation from the next rooms, and they weren’t even being loud. "
