"This house was a perfect pick! Our first time staying at Lake Norman. The grounds are lovely with lots of trees for shade but also just enough sun. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the kayaks to explore the area. Location is very convenient as Publix is five minutes away as are other great places to eat. House was clean. Emily the host was very responsive and answered all of my many questions. The deck is huge and where we spent much of our time. Overall we had a wonderful stay."

"We were all delighted with Leatherwood and the cabin. Very well stocked, super clean, great view, comfy beds and plenty of space. Not hard to find, and the staff were great. The last 1.4 miles are a bit windy and narrow, but we didn't find it to be a problem. Worth it to sit out on the back deck and enjoy the quiet!"

"This property is amazing. Conveniently located close to a lot of great outdoor stuff to do on the Kerr reservoir. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. All the appliances are upgraded and very nice. There were many small touches that made the stay just so much better like wireless docking chargers next to all the beds, games to play, and other goodies left behind by previous guests. We had a blast at this location and hope to come back in the future."
