"Tuvimos una experiencia magnífica en este hotel. A pesar de algunos pequeños inconvenientes, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Durante el check-in surgió un inconveniente, ya que al hacer la reserva se indicaba que la capacidad de la habitación era para cuatro personas. Nosotros viajábamos tres adultos y un niño de 10 años; sin embargo, nos informaron que el niño debía pagar como adulto, por lo que tuvimos que asumir un cargo adicional. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 707. La primera mañana nos despertó el ruido de una construcción en el pasillo. Al comunicarnos con la recepción, se disculparon de inmediato y nos informaron que los trabajos de construcción ya habían finalizado, por lo que no volvimos a tener ese problema. El desayuno fue espectacular y realmente vale cada centavo. También nos encantó el happy hour, ya que ofrecen promociones de 2x1 en las bebidas. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso al río de Hoi An, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y múltiples opciones de excursiones, todo a una cómoda distancia a pie. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este hotel y volveríamos a hospedarnos allí."

"Super friendly staff, easy check in check out, situated in great location easy stroll to Hoi An Market & the Old City. As the Hotel is located on an Island it is a 20 plus minutes walk to the main bars which line the riverside but there are plenty of great little places to eat & drink near the hotel without. crossing over the bridge. Free bicycles are available on request which are useful. We originally booked 3 nights but extended our stay by 2 more nights as a great Hotel which is quiet & away from the noisy town centre but close enough to enjoy the whole experience. Will stay there again if visiting Hoi An in the future. Great pool ideal for kids & adults alike, gym could do with updating but a reasoable selection of loose weights & machines plus treadmill & bike. Good wifi connection. Of note is the excellent buffet breakfast which will set you up for the day. Variety of western, Asian& Local produce including fruit & pastries as well as fresh fruit, hot dishes & eggs & omelette cooked to order. Although the hotel is a little older than some other hotels close by, it is fairly well maintained & clean & tidy. Ideal for families & couples alike. Good value for the money. 😊"

"2 connected rooms for my family of 4 were great with 2 bathrooms. staff were very friendly and gave lots of information for our stay and travelling, especially Hanna and Monney. breakfast included was simple but good for relaxing morning before we started our day. location was great as quieter but still walking distance from ancient town, with many spas nearby to end our day. will love to come back if we visit hoian again."
