5/5 - Absolutely wonderful stay! We had an amazing experience at this villa. The communication was excellent—the hosts responded incredibly fast to any questions we had. The place was absolutely spotless and clean. We loved it so much that we’ve already decided to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay

Beautiful Nagasaki hotel; well maintained. Rooms are new and with useful tech features. Views are great from the rooms. Location at Nagasaki station is ideal. Staff is helpful to a point -but they insist their rules must be strictly followed. For example one cannot eat outside food in the lobby - the lobby cafe has a small coffee stand with a very limited selection. If you want to drink a soda in the lobby for example while waiting for someone you're out of luck - no outside food in the lobby...

This Dormy Inn had the best public onsen of any Dormy Inn I have used in Japan. The outdoor baths were amazing. Inside, the room was spacious and modern. I had an amazing time in this hotel just a few minutes walk from Nagasaki Station.

Spectacular views of the stadium. Very clean and convenient food places in the hotel.

The Hamilton is a unique fusion of British Stately Home turned Inn, and Japanese hot spring spa. It sits on the steep side of a hill, making the entry challenging for those with mobility limitations. Once inside, however, the building is fitted with ramps and an elevator. Staff are alert for arrivals, come to the parking lot to help position the car and bring your luggage inside. Check-in takes place seated in elegant chairs in the parlour, with a choice of juice or sparkling wine to refresh...

We stayed 1 night after the golden week so it was nice and quiet. Everything was wonderful except the dinner buffet was a little disappointment. I stayed a few years ago and also had the dinner buffet and i recall it was better.
