The was a nice selection at the buffet, but every dish was barely warm. Perhaps a cultural thing, but I would have preferred that the hot food was hot. Staff was gracious and friendly. Rooms were exceptional.

They double charged me on all the breakfasts and dinners. Please watch out for their bills. Also, they only clean your room every two days. So good luck with that.

The foods is the best as well as the spacious room. Staffs are polite and helpful. The atmosphere is peaceful and can walk in a minute to the ropeway.(Of course you need to spend a day in hiking up there) Nothing to mention for unlike this hotel

Highly recommend.

The onsen hotel is in a beautiful setting. Spacious room with comfortable bedding. The meals were exceptional. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely visit again. It’s a short walk to the Asahidake ropeway. The view is magnificent.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay. The staff are amazing and the food is incredible. The room was perfect size for a week or longer stay. Great couch and tv, with usb compatibility. If the bed and pillow were a little softer I would say it’s perfect. It was hard to leave.

The location was so convenient to the mountain. Next to the visitor center and the ropeway. The hotel itself was beautiful and elegant. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. The food was very delicious with many choices. The hot springs were also wonderful and everything in the hotel was clean. The room was very comfortable with nice bedding and comfortable beds and couches. This was a very wonderful experience!

Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. Anyways, it's a walkable distance from the Asahidake Ropeway, and there's a short marsh hiking path nearby. It's a long drive to the hotel, so I would mainly recommend it if you want to go to hiking on Mount Asahidake.

旭岳ロープウェイに一番近い、最高のホテルです。部屋も清潔、温泉も最高でした。他のホテルと違い、温泉ホテルの場合には、部屋常備のタオルセットが2セット用意してありますが、こちらのホテルでは1セットしか無く、朝晩、温泉や部屋でのシワー、洗顔タオルが無く、不便でかつ不清潔を感じました。それ以外は食事も美味しいし、最高でした。

贅沢で良い時間を過ごせました

バイキングが美味しく、接客も良かった。夕ご飯の後に暖炉に薪がくべられていてコーヒーを飲みながらリラックス出来ました。ラグジュアリーな雰囲気で部屋の一つ一つの小物にも気が配られていました。寛げて癒されました、ありがとう。

お部屋が広くて綺麗でした。ソファも座り心地良く読書してても疲れなかった。お部屋からの景色も良かった。食事もおいしくて大満足でした。もう一泊して、のんびりしたかった。外国の方が多いので、ゴミ箱やお風呂の中の説明等、英語も付けた方がいいと思いました。
