Yes the rom was very clean . And the staff are all top notch ! Checkin was super easy . The desk people are bi lingual so as an English speaker it was very easy . And the location is great the view of ashhidake is amazing. And the onsen is one of the nicest I’ve used ! Tattoos are allowed also . ...

Verified traveler

A secluded little village, almost European feel to it. We rented bicycles at the visitor center and rode around the town. Daisetsuzan and Asahidake and Higashikawa would have been impossible for us without a car, so we rented one from Asahidake.
