"This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...

"The residence was amazing. I can’t speak enough about the location, the space and the amenities within and in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this residence to couples. We are Canadian travellers and the residence was exactly what we needed and were looking for. We were able to pack lightly with carry-on and able to do laundry for our five day stay before moving on to our next destination. The bed was comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The air conditioning was...

"This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to tokyo. Close to the train station to get anywhere in a resonable time. A mall across the street. Places to eat all around. We couldn't have asked for anything else. There is a ambulance nearby if you are really sensative to sound. We were exhausted everyday from walking and shopping around that we basically didn't notice it. If you are needing somewhere calm to stay but able to go into the city this is your spot. Will be staying again on my next...

"Washer/Dryer in the room ensure you have clean clothes daily. Kappabashi Street is just 5-10 mins away which is good for souvenirs. Plenty of train/subway stations nearby but the only con is that you have to walk about 10-15 mins to the stations. There are few supermarkets and convenience stores (Life, My Basket, Sanpei, Lawson, 7-11, etc.) in the area to get snacks or drinks before returning to the hotel."

"Clean room and washroom, nice shower, comfortable beds. Has water boiler, microwave, fridge and sink. Lots of cups, glasses, bath towels. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help!! Would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Convenient"

"We loved our stay in Cava House. Excellent location, close enough to Shinjuku to walk or jump on the subway. Plenty of good restaurant and coffee options within a 5 min walk. We loved Tacos Trap! The room itself was modern, clean and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Our 2 boys 11 & 13 especially enjoyed the projector TV to watch in bed. We will happily return to Cava House."

"Perfect location—a quiet oasis right in the lively center. Super clean with incredible attention to detail, and I loved the traditional Japanese style. Will definitely stay here again!"
